At first I thought that my history teacher was showing us a film and I wasnt really sure as to what was going on. It seemed like a dream. Then I came to reality and realized what was going on. I did not have any loved ones or any close friends that were injured or killed in New York that day.But as my family has come closer together and it had also given me a different outlook on life...It has made me and my friends more careing and cutries to other people(Strangers). NMAH Story: Remembered What do you think should be remembered about September 11th? I think that we should always remember the way that our nation came together and pulled threw. We should use this day as a learning experance and learn from our mistakes. We should also remember that we are Americans and we shouldnt have to have such a distaster as in September to united the Americans of the United States Of America! NMAH Story: Flag Did you fly an American flag after the events of September 11th? Have your feelings about the American flag changed as a result of September 11th? Yes I did fly an American Flag. I have always had strong feelings about the American flag. And after September 11 it only made my feelings stronger the American flag holds symbol of our freedom and also reminds us of the fellow Americans that died for our freedom and risked everything they had for us and our childeren to be able to say and do what we want....They gave us a chance to dream!
