NMAH Story: Story
I woke up in the morning, and went into the bathroom to take a shower and get ready for school. I turned on the shower radio, and they said that planes were flying into the world trade center. Startled, I ran into the living room where my dad already had the t.v. turned to the news. I was shocked! This plane exploded into the tower. Forgetting about getting ready for school, I kept watching. The second plane I saw right when it happened, not a replay like the first. I had no idea what to think.
NMAH Story: Life Changed
It changed a little. Not personally because I didn't know anyone there, and I wasn't there. I still feel that I should do the moment of silence, because it's in remebrance of those who lost their lives.
NMAH Story: Remembered
I think everything should be remembered. It wasn't a good thing, but we shouldn't forget that it happened. Even though it was in New York, it still changed everyone's lives.
NMAH Story: Flag
After the events, my family hung flags out on our house, and in different rooms. I think the flag's meaning has changed, or became more important since 9/11.
