NMAH Story: Story
Well, I was sitting in my second hour class at the High School of Monticello. About half way through my teacher got a call and instintly turned on the TV. The first thing that our class saw was a huge plane hit a building. At first I did not think a whole lot of it because I figured it was just some movie or TV show. But when it was showed over and over again and saw all of the people running as far away as they could I knew this was not something from a movie. And that this was something that was terrible and would probably not be seen again in my life time. The next couple of minutes were completely silent.
NMAH Story: Life Changed
Yes, it has changed by the fact of how important I have realized how crazy some people are. And how mad they are of the fact that we live in a democratic country. I have been around during want I thought were the worst things that would happen, like the Colorado school shootings. Do not get me wrong, this was terrible but it was not even comparable to want had happened September 11, 2001!
NMAH Story: Remembered
What I think should be remembered is all of the people who died and risked their lives to save total strangers that they have never even met. But fought for their lives like they were life time friends.
NMAH Story: Flag
I do not fly a flag but I do have a great larger respect of it.
