NMAH Story NMAH Story: Story How did you witness history on September 11th? Share your experience. On September 11th we were in Mr. Sclars health class. When we walked into the class we saw both of the World Trade towers burning. After that we witnessed the aftermath of the attacks on the Pentagon. For several hours after that we heard only that one plane was unaccounted for. Shortly after We watched both towers crumble to the ground. NMAH Story: Life Changed Has your life changed because of September 11, 2001? If so, tell us how. My life has changed in many ways since the September 11th attacks. Since September 11th I have become much more patriotic and I support our troops over seas and abroad. Since then i have also decided to join the United States Marine Corp. NMAH Story: Remembered What do you think should be remembered about September 11th? I beleive that the victims should be remembered along with the soldiers who died in the days after defending our country. In my opinion September 11th was not just one day but the days that followed that claimed american lives. NMAH Story: Flag Did you fly an American flag after the events of September 11th? Have your feelings about the American flag changed as a result of September 11th? We had an american flag flying before the September 11th attacks but somehow it means more now. In the Marine Corp. poolee meetings it is a reminder to everyone of why they are joining, no matter what that reason may be. We all feel its is our job as Americans to defend the freedom that we have all experienced in this country.
