NMAH Story NMAH Story: Story How did you witness history on September 11th? Share your experience. I was sitting in my History class, when all of a sudden there was a special news report. My history teacher went and turned the volume up so that we could find out what was going on. All anyone saw was the World Trade Centers in flames. Then the news reporters announced that two airplanes were hijacked and were flown into the World Trade Centers by terrorists. As soon as this was announced it felt like the whole world came to a stop because of some cruel enemy that took the lives of thousands. Then turned around and wrecked the Pentagon. We have the ability to fight back and create a war, but has chosen not to. This coming September 11, will be scary. Not knowing what is going to happen.
