Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: IT'S A DAY I WILL NEVER FORGET! I HAD AWAKEN EARLY WITH MY NEWBORN SON WHO HAD BEEN BORN ON JUNE 19TH. I DON'T REMEMBER EXACTLY WHAT I HAD BEEN WATCHING ON TV BUT MY PHONE STARTED RINGING AND IT WAS MY HUSBAND TELLING ME TO TURN THE TV TO THE NEWS THAT A PLANE HAD JUST CRASHED INTO THE WORLD TRADE CENTER!! I HURRIED TO TURN TO THE NEWS AND THEY WERE BROADCASTING THAT A PLANE HAD CRASHED BUT AT THE PRESENT TIME THEY THOUGHT IT TO BE JUST AN ACCIDENT. THE NEXT THING I KNEW TO MY AMAZEMENT WAS TO SEE THE SECOND PLANE CRASH INTO THE OTHER TOWER!! I WAS IN TOTAL SHOCK AND AS THE HORROR UNFOLDED WITH THE PENTAGON AND THE PLANE CRASHING IN PA. REPORTERS STARTED SAYING IT WAS THE ACT OF TERRORIST! I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT BUT I COULD NOT TEAR MY EYES AWAY FROM THE TV!! AS THEY STARTED REPORTING PEOPLE JUMPING FROM ALL FLOORS OF THE WTC AND THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE STILL MISSING AFTER THE DUST SETTLED ALL I COULD DO WAS SIT AND CRY FEELING HOPELESS AND VUNERABLE AND WONDERING "WHO'S NEXT?" NOW AS WE MARK THE 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF THAT SOULESS ACT I AM THANKFUL THAT I HAVE MY FAMILY BUT I AM SCREAMING INSIDE FOR THE VICTIMS AND THEIR FAMILIES WHO WILL NEVER KNOW WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED OR WENT THRU THEIR MINDS AS THE EVENTS UNFOLDED. GOD CREATED ALL MEN EQUAL SO WHY DO THESE TERRORIST WANT TO KILL ALL MAN KIND? READING OFF THE NAMES OF THE DEAD AND THOSE MISSING FROM THESE ATTACKS PUTS ALOT OF QUESTIONS TO MIND AND JUST GOES TO SHOW ME THEY (THE TERRORIST) HAVE NO SOULS. IT ALSO MAKES ME WONDER IF THIS IS THE END OF THE WORLD? IS THIS GOD'S FORTHCOMING? WILL WE END IN JUDGEMENT WITH WAR? I WASN'T GOING TO CHURCH UNTIL RECENTLY AND NOW I PRAY TO GOD EVERYDAY. I PRAY FOR THE VICTIMS, THEIR FAMILIES, FOR MY FAMILY, AND FOR MY SINS SO I KNOW WHERE MY PLACE WILL BE WHEN THAT TIME COMES!!
