I was in my 9th grade Algebra class and my teacher got called out of the room, and when she came back in she turned on the TV and explained what was happening and we saw the 2nd building fall.Everyone left 2nd Hour shaken up and we were all talking about it in the hallway. Yes, I think everyone's has. I think it made everyone realize that things we have shouldn't be taken for granted and that we aren't the best people in the world. I think everyone kind of sobered up afterwards and realized that life is short and little arguments are pointless. NMAH Story: Remembered What do you think should be remembered about September 11th? All of the innocent people that died, because it didn't have to happen. Because we were such a greedy country and thought we ruled the world,our people died. Also I think we should always remember that it shouldn't take something like that to make people become close to eachother. NMAH Story: Flag Did you fly an American flag after the events of September 11th? Have your feelings about the American flag changed as a result of September 11th? Yes and I think that it symbolizes so much more now because before if I looked at it I always thought that is was just 'the flag for our country' and now when I look at it I think that those people are displaying it in memory of September 11th.
