When the first plane hit, I was sitting in my Western Civilizations and Humanities class. It was period B at Eastern Lebanon County High School. We had already started class, when another teacher came in and told us the sorrowful news. At first I had no idea that this action was done on purpose, or as a terrorist attack. It was not until the second and third planes hit their targets, that I, and the rest of my school, realized the true nature of these "accidents." During the rest of that day, our lives stood still as we helplessly watched this tragedy occur.
