NMAH Story NMAH Story: Story How did you witness history on September 11th? Share your experience. Well one morning of 8th grade, right before i was about to get up to get ready for school my mom ranning yelling "Someone flew a plane into one of the trade towers". Of course i realy didnt know that much about the WTC, but was sooon to find out. I quick turned on my TV in my room to see what she was talking about. I saw the huge hole in the one tower, i was in aw. Then i herd a plane flew into the pentagon, then soon after i watch the second plane fly into the other tower. I then had to go to school, but none of the teachers were aloud to let any of the kids watch any of the coverage on TV. So i wasnt able to watch the whole event but just those minutes of watch it was burned into my brain....... NMAH Story: Life Changed Has your life changed because of September 11, 2001? If so, tell us how. Very much so, I think it has changed everyones life. Watching the things I watch were the worst things I had ever seen in my life. So now I remeber everylittle frame of the incodent. NMAH Story: Remembered What do you think should be remembered about September 11th? I think all the innocent people that died for no reason or cause. The firefighters of NY that walked into that flaming abyss to save all those countless people that were stuck in those towers. All the families that lost a family memeber. Also we should remeber how everyone handled this event. NMAH Story: Flag Did you fly an American flag after the events of September 11th? Have your feelings about the American flag changed as a result of September 11th? Of course. Every where I went I saw a flag. First time ive ever seen everyone proud to be an american.
