Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: On Tuesday, September 11, 2001 I went to high school just like any other day. The bell rang, ending third period, and i entered into the hallway with friends. Immediately I noticed two girls crying and hugging each other but didn't think much about it. I went to art class and began my project. A friend of mine ran in and told the whole class that America had been attacked but that was all he knew. For the rest of the day my teachers let the students watch the attacks on tv. I watched in horror through each period but truely didnt understand the complexity of the events. It wasn't until after school when my mom came home that i knew something was really wrong. While watching the news, she began to cry (something I have seen her do only twice in my fifteen years). I asked her why she was crying and she hugged me and told me that from now on, the world would be diffent. At the end of the day I layed in bed and prayed for all of the heros lost on 9/11.
