I was at school and in 2nd period when the first plane crashed into one of the towers. Then when I went to 3rd period our class watched the second plane hit the second tower on the television.

I remember sitting in my desk and watching the twin towers smoking and fire coming out the sides of the buildings. I remember watching people jumping out of the World Trade Center windows. I also remember watching both of the towers collapse, and our principal came over the intercom and talked to us about what just happened and we had a moment silence for the rest of the school year at the end of the day, and students from our school sang "America the Beautiful".
