WELL I WORK IN A GROCERY STORE IN COSTA MESA CALIFORNIA.I DONT OFTEN WORK ON SEPT.11TH BECAUSE IT IS MY SON ANDREWS BIRTHDAY,AND I ASK FOR THAT DAY OFF.BUT WE WERE SHORT HANDED AND I AGREED TO WORK AN OPENING SHIFT.IT WAS SLOW,AS IT ALWAYS IS IN THE MORNING.IT MUST HAVE BEEN AROUND 6.30AM WHEN A CUSTOMER TOLD ME A PLANE HIT TOWER 1.AT THIS TIME I THOUGHT IT WAS A SMALL PLANE THAT HAD GONE OFF ITS FLIGHT PLAN SOMEHOW.YOU KNOW, I THOUGHT IT WAS AN ACCIDENT.THEN AT AROUND 7.15AM MY BOSS CAME IN AND TOLD ME A SECOND TOWER WAS HIT.AND THE PLANES WERE PASSANGER AIRCRAFT.WELL AFTER THAT I BEGAN TO REALIZE IT WAS NO ACCIDENT.THEN THE PENTOGAN AND THE PLANE THAT THE PASSANGERS FOUGHT BACK AND WENT DOWN IN THE FIELD.I SAID TO MYSELF WHO WOULD DO THIS?HOW CAN THIS BE HAPPENING?THIS IS THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.THIS KIND OF THING DOESN'T HAPPEN HERE.GOD HELP US, IT DOES NOW!
