NMAH Story NMAH Story: Story How did you witness history on September 11th? Share your experience. I was at school watching the events taking place on the classroom television. Our freshman English teacher's television was not working, therefore we went across the hall to the sophmore English class. As we watched the replays of the first crash over again and again, unknowingly we witnessed the second crash for the first time. When we watched it we thought it was just another replay of the first crash... but we found out it was a second plane in the second tower. We watched the devastation proceed on and on for another hour or so. We continued going to classes the rest of the day, but as you can imagine we didn't get much work done. We found out about the the plane at the Pentagon. At this time a classmate of mine and her mom (the art teacher) were frantically trying to call her aunt and uncle who work at the pentagon. Thankfully it wasn't in God's plan for them to end their lives that day. It was their day off, and they didn't even go to work! No matter what anyone says, or why they say the events on September 11 happened, or what will happen next, they happened and that's that. There is no reason to be scared, God is in control! NMAH Story: Life Changed Has your life changed because of September 11, 2001? If so, tell us how. The only thing that really changed in my life is my passion to witness to people that do not know Jesus has increased, and I have another prayer on my list. NMAH Story: Remembered What do you think should be remembered about September 11th? The people that lost their lives at the World Trade Center towers and at the Pentagon should definitely be remembered. Also, the American people should remember that the USA is not in a world by itself. Not all Americans are Christians, but for those who are, September 11 was persecution, and it should be remembered and more should be expected in the future. NMAH Story: Flag Did you fly an American flag after the events of September 11th? Have your feelings about the American flag changed as a result of September 11th? Yes, my family flew a flag after September 11. no, my fellings have not changed about it, it is still the same flag! We still respect it, etc. just as we did before Sept. 11.
