I woke up around 6:30 in the morning and gotready for school and then when I got into the car to go to school i turned on the radio. I cant really remember what radio station it was but it was talking about the first plane that hit and i had no idea what they were talking about. It seemed so weird because Ive never heard anything about that or the U.S.A being attacked. I was basically in shock and disbelief. then when i got into my first period class my teacher was talking about it. Then i just went home after school and saw it on the news and watched it all day. To be honest my life hasnt changed a whole lot from September 11, 2001 besides the fact that my country changed. NMAH Story: Remembered What do you think should be remembered about September 11th? I think the people that died should be remembered from September 11, 2001 and also the terrorists because they should feel the pain that those people and their families had felt that day. NMAH Story: Flag Did you fly an American flag after the events of September 11th? Have your feelings about the American flag changed as a result of September 11th? No my feelings have not felt any different. I feel that we should always have pride for our country just not in time of need or tragedy to remember someone.
