NMAH Story NMAH Story: Story How did you witness history on September 11th? Share your experience. I was getting ready for school on the morning of September 11. I was about to leave when my grandma told my mom and I to come into her room and look at the t.v. .What i saw was like a scene from a movie. My mind was still half asleep so i didn't think much about it. I thought it was an accident with few or zero deaths. After 1 minute of watching it, i headed for school. In every one of my classes, my teachers talked about it and even had the t.v. on to the news so we can watch it. I found out it was terrorists who crashed into the building on purpose and into the second tower a few minutes later. Learning was especially hard that day, the somber feeling was everywhere i went. I watched the broadcast on t.v. for the whole day when i was at home. I knew that it was the most important and tragic thing i will see in my life. NMAH Story: Life Changed Has your life changed because of September 11, 2001? If so, tell us how. It has change a little since that day, I have been more open minded and more knowledgable of the world. My view of the world and the United States changed. I hate the terrorists and their views even more now. I dont know why they are such stupid and ignorant people. Instead of changing their life and helping their country, they hurt and kill others. NMAH Story: Remembered What do you think should be remembered about September 11th? I think september 11 should be remembered for its herioc heroes who gaved their life to help others and the ones who helped afterward. It should be remembered for the one day that America was unknowningly and brutally attack by groups of men that deserves eternity in hell. Finally it should be remembered for the way America banded together and overcome it. NMAH Story: Flag Did you fly an American flag after the events of September 11th? Have your feelings about the American flag changed as a result of September 11th? Yes, My family did fly an American Flag. I feel more patriotic and i think everyone that is even remotely normal feels the same way.
