I was working the front desk and the xray tech walked through and said "You won't believe this, a plane just hit one of the twin towers in NY." We all commented what a freak accident that must have been... Then a few moments later... she came back and said "It's happened again"... and we then all said "O My God, its a terrorist attack.. " As the usual daily events unfolded in the office.. the patient's were all glued to the radio as were the staff... I don't own an actual flag because I know the ritual entailed in caring for one and I don't want to abuse one.. I wouldn't be diligent enough to have one displayed...
