This should give you a British view on the events - I can remember getting into my car to go home from School, and my mother told me, A plane has hit a tower in New York. I was stunned, i turned on the radio, and instead of hearing the normal comedy radio show, I heard an announcement "Ladies and gentlemen, in a mark of respect, all normal shows will not go ahead today, instead we will keep you updated on the horrifying events. When I got home i switched on the TV, every channel was reporting it, I watched all night, untill i fell asleep, News still on. The next day at school, there were no smiling children, no games, just crowds talking quietly. The UK was in shock, The world was in shock. Nothing would ever be the same. Now the world lives in fear, which is no way to live.
