Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I was home in California on September 11, 2001. My husband and I were still in bed as it was only around 6:00am in California. My husband woke me and he had the tv on in the bedroom and told me to "LOOK AT THIS". I thought he was watching a movie and ask him "WHAT ARE YOU WATCHING AND WHY SO EARLY IN THE MORNING ARE YOU WATCHING A HORROR MOVIE?" He immediately told me that a plane had flown into one of the Trade Center Buildings. We were shocked. We though that it was an accident and never in a million years thought of a terrorist attack. We got up and rushed downstairs and turned on the tv in the living room and then saw the other plane hit the second tower. It was the most awful thing I have ever witnessed. September 11 was a horrible day and one we will never forget. Our hearts were broken on that day for the thousands of heros that died because of a few cowards that murder good decent people. Our hearts broken yes BUT NOT OUR SPIRIT and if these sort of people think they can break America's spirit they are wrong. They will never consume or destroy America. The spirits of the people lost on that day will live on forever in the hearts of all of us. They will never die.
