Dear Fellow Employee,
Todays terrorist attacks against New York City and our country are impossible for us to comprehend. Our thoughts, our prayers, and our support go out to the victims and their families and friends.
I know that many employees witnessed this horrific event from our MetroTech building, and were deeply affected by the sight. To be so close to such senseless devastation undermines our sense of security and well being.
I encourage you to talk to each other about your feelings, and to use the services of our counselors, to help work through the very natural emotional distress you may be experiencing.
It will take time and our collective strength to come to terms with this tragedy. We will get through it together, as a company and a country.
