I am sending this to you in Mr. Webb and Mr. Trower's absence. I am your new Human Resources Manager for MSN IV. I look forward to working with you in the future, although I hate to write you under these circumstances.

In accordance with a message from Roger Rapp, all cemeteries are to be open and operational on Wednesday, September 12, 2001. In addition, all cemeteries should heighten security awareness and report any incidents to this office immediately.

Please report the following information to this office by Frdiay, September 13, 2001:

- Any employees who are directly affected by the disasters (relatives at attack sites, loss of life/injury, etc.)
- Number, name and positions of any employees in Active Reserves and subject to call to Active Duty
- Number, name and postion of any employees on travel or leave, who are unable to return to work due to air restrictions

Be prepared to report to this office any contacts regarding interment requests for those who were killed in the attacks. Include in these initial reports the name and requested date of interment. More information may be requested when needed.

All e-mails related to the terrorist attacks should be identified by the Subject: ALERT. This will allow us to quickly identify and respond to such e-mails among all others received.

All cemetery directors and staff should review and be familiar with their Emergency Preparedness Plans.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me. I will be out of the office tomorrow (9/13), but will return to the office on Friday (9/14). Hopefully, both Mr. Webb and Mr. Trower will be able to return at that time as well.
