Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I will never forget the feeling on that day as I sat at my desk doing my morning routine. A co-worker asked me to come over by his desk to see this picture of the World Trade Centers. As we watched the news coverage of the first tower up in smoke a second plane came in. I couldn't believe my eyes. Who on earth could be so heartless?? And why?? After awhile I went back to my work checking the news periodically only to find out that a plane had also hit the Pentagon and another had crashed somewhere in PA. I went home that day for lunch just to verify what I had saw on the websites. It just didn't sink in. Not until my 3 year old asked my that evening why someone would do that. I cried trying to explain to him what had happened and that there are some very bad people out there that had killed a lot of innocent people. Every now and then he builds two towers with his Legos and again asks why someone would fly planes into those two buildings. It scares me that he remembers and I only hope that I explained things to him without scaring him. I again cried today remembering all the people that lost their lives a year ago and all the family that is left to grieve their loss. There has not been a day that has gone by that I have not thought of every single person. Rest in peace & God Bless America!!
