Description

This is a banner I created for the web site of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Community Policing Institute at The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. It contains the state seals for Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. All of these police forces experienced a great deal of stress after 9/11. As of this submission, this banner is still on the top of each page of the site at www.marcpi.jhu.edu.
