Title A name given to the resource 429.pjpeg Description An account of the resource This photo was taken on November 3, 2001 and shows the last section standing of One World Trade Center. We were able to walk as far down the street as half a block beyond the stop sign. Police were guarding the fence and forbidding people to take photos. Pieces of paper were still drifting down from the building behind the stop sign and its window sills still had several inches of ash on them. So did the cars in the parking garage.
