This image was taken inside the Family Assistance Center set up at the Seven Springs Resort for persons who lost loved ones on United Flight 93. It contains some of the many cards, letters, and floral displays sent to help support the families. I was serving as coordinator of the American Red Cross Disaster Mental Health volunteers working at the site.
