    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[My wife Kim posed atop the Empire State building after a bus tour on a day in Oct 2000 so much like that of 9.11. The tour guide had explained how the attempt was made in 93 to blow up the WTC, and then later in the tour how a plane had crashed into the Empire State bldg. after WW2. How ironic it seemed to me such a few short months later to see those facts tragically juggled.]]></dcterms:description>
