Description
On December 12, 2004 my boyfriend and I took a trip to NYC. It was very important to me to visit the WTC because it is because of 9-11-01 that we are together. I took this picture, and dozens others, while very close to tears. Even 3 years later, the emotions evoked are overwhelming.
This picture has been desaturated slightly, except for the rose, which I left in full color. The sign in the corner says, "Please understand all articles left behind must be removed."
