This image was taken inside the Family Assistance Center set up at the Seven Springs Resort for persons who lost loved ones on United Flight 93. It contains a close up of a section of one of the many banners sent to help support the families. I was serving as coordinator of the American Red Cross Disaster Mental Health volunteers working at the site.
