Description
Several days after the Peace Sphere Memorial was placed in Battery City Park, I was walking from the ferry through the park. Since September 27th I carry a small instamatic camera in my pocket. My focus is to photograph what is happening after 9/11 for the year. As I walked I saw the firefighter resting on the park bench. I almost stopped to talk to him. Yet, I did not as he was simply resting, taking a break.
