    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[I took this on a trip to N.Y. in the summer of 1998.  I&#039;d been there several times before.  I remember on one trip, going up to the top floor, and doing what Mathew Broderick did in Ferris Bueler&#039;s Day Off (although I&#039;ve been told the building he visited is actualy in Chicago), standing on a railing, and leaning out over a gap a few feet to the window, being able to see a few floors down, and resting my head on the window, and watching and feeling the building sway.]]></dcterms:description>
