Description

This was taken on Middagh St. located in Brooklyn Heights, NY. It is the location of the firehouse that lost eight men from Ladder 118, the entire company. This was on a memorial outside the house. I believe Leon was one of the firefighters lost on 9/11. The letter appears to be from a child who lived near the firehouse.
