Equality of ALL for aid to September 11th victims

> that were so tragically affected by the cowardly attacks on September
> 11th.
> The monies being distributed are tax dollars that ALL Americans pay. I

> those monies should be distributed back in an equal way.

> recognition that anyone who shared with the victim living expenses,
