Additionally I have to wonder why our loss of a daughter is different from others lost as a result of this disaster, meaning that we are not allowed to either apply for or find out what compensation would be given to us. In order to obtain some of this I am told that if we don't OPT in we can't be told. If we do OPT in than we cannot get out. How do we make an informed decision about what to do if you will not allow to get the necessary data?
