You have humiliated all Americans and especially the victims' families by your crass money grubbing approach to the fund. You had all of jurisprudence to choose from and you choose un-related government regulations to base your "non-economic damages." You have used half -truths to poison the publics' perception of the issues. This has left a very bitter taste toward the administration and yourself. I am afraid that you have failed before you have started. I find it hard to believe this is actually happening.
