Hero Exclusion

Dear Sir:
Why does a Federally administered relief fund rely on
State regulations?
To exclude survivors of heroes who were gay or lesbian
in unconscionable. The mere idea of establishing a
hierarchy in this situation is unpatriotic and
contrary to everything the Republican President is
publically stating. There is no place in this relief
program for homophobia. There is no acceptable excuse
for this type of exclusion.
