Discrimination against Domestic Partners
Sirs:
It is morally wrong to blatantly discriminate against gays and lesbians
who were killed in 9/11 by depriving their families and loved ones fair
compensation that is being proposed for fetuses and illegal immigrants.
Gays and lesbians during 9/11 died as American citizens who paid their
taxes like any other citizen and believed their country would DO THE
RIGHT THING!
Don't insult the memory of the deceased by denying their gay partners
eligibility for comensation funds that are to be given all all qualified
citizens.
I do not pay my taxes to support a government that promotes such cruel
discimination among its citizens.
