I am shocked


Upon reading the following article:
http://uspolitics.about.com/library/weekly/aa031102a.htm

I am shocked and saddened by the fact that the partners of gays and lesbians
are being treated differently from those of others who lost loved ones in
the 9/11 tragedy. Especially given that you are hiding behind the "law" to
do so - so it is ok to bend the law for aliens but not for gays and
lesbians. It is a sad commentary indeed. is a hero - who
happened to be gay. Does that fact make him any less worthy of our
admiration and thanks? I don't thinks so.

Please reconsider your policy on this and start to treat all people with
dignity and respect.
