It would be so unfair to offset this. The purpose of this bill was to help the families. By imposing a offset you would be putting aside this bill which was promptly written to assist us. In by making this a offset the only people this bill would help would be the Oklahoma victims and the anthrax victims. His bill was as a result of sept 11th. Our government has already taken our right away to sue. Please do not take away our right from this tax bill. It would be another slap in the face of the families. Please show some compassion.
