Give "ALL" the spouses an equal share - Gay & Straight alike

Dear Victim Compensation Fund Administrators,

I am outraged that gay and lesbian partners of those who died on September 11 are not automatically going to receive the same benefits as heterosexual spouses.

Those gay Americans that gave their lives are ever bit as much an American as the heterosexuals that died. Commitment is commitment, either straight or gay as is LOVE, have the decency of providing to gay partners that lost loved one the same respect and benefits as those of their straight counterparts.
