General Information
Dear Sir / Madame:
I am the survivor of a victim who perished September 11, 2001, was my sister. I need more information regarding this ruling. Please advise as to whether my family needs to submit forms to apply for this or if your department receives a list of surviving families regarding this compensation. We live in Texas and don't seem to receive detailed, privy information regarding these efforts. Must I take off from work to stay informed of the stages of this program? Please advise.
