Victims Compensation
To Whom It May Concern:
It was a terrorist attack, not a lottery. Please don't set an emotionally
charged precedent of unduly high compensation that won't be realistic in
light of any future (God Forbid!) attacks.
And this isn't the insurance business. Please compensate based on what
happened to the victims, not based on what they were doing when the attack
happened, ie, were they hurt or killed, not were they a manager or a
custodian.
