It is outrageous that lesbian and gay families are excluded from the 911
Fund. The gender of ones's partner does not affect the emotional pain and
financial loss accompanied with losing a loved in a terroist attack against
our nation. How can the United States of American expect/demand other
nations to provide civil rights to all it's citizens, such as women in
Afganistan, when the US denies certain rights to some of it's own citizens,
such as gays and lesbians.
