discrimination

You people know perfectly well that everyone should be compensated fairly in the distribution of 9/11 funds, not in accordance with your prejudices. If a victim's life partner is being denied compensation, then shame on you. A lot of people have known from the beginning that this 9/11 fund business was going to turn into a can of worms, and you are fostering that with your cheap tactics. Every dependent who lost a provider in that nightmare should compensated. The most disgraceful part is that the money is there, but the distribution decisions are being made along lines of personal prejudices. Too bad. This is one time that your prejudices need to be set aside. I understand that you are doing the right thing for the unfortunate families of the "illegal aliens" who were victims of this tragedy, so just follow through and be right across the board. Your "department of justice" appears to be willing to do more for the Enron executives than they are willing to do for the same-sex partners. Isn't justice supposed to be blind, or did I not see that blindfolded statue? Again, I say, shame on you.
