Many people in this area have given money or supported projects where the money was sent to this fund, thinking we were helping those who lost a loved one. Now you are telling us that you will take some of that money away from those we hoped to give it to. Please adjust the formula you are using and let these people have the funds....and do not just let the government keep the balance. I work for the local government and I still believe that money managed by private individuals goes much farther than money spent by government agencies.
