I am an american citizen who has heard disconcerting rumors that homosexual partners of victims of the September 11 tragedy are not going to be treated the
same as other partners of this tragedy. if this is not true i would be happy but if it is true then i want to raise my hand in firm protest of this action. i have read an
article that states that even non-citizens will receive compensation. i feel that this is unfair to the americans whose money that this is.
