Comments on how fund to be determined

Victims' pain and suffering has to be equal to all that lost a family
member as far as I'm concerned. So if you're putting a dollar amount on
one's husband, father, son, daughter, mother, wife, etc. how can one
person's love one's life be worth more or less than another.

How can someone be penalized for having a pension (which they had to pay
for) or life insurance (which they had to pay for). Will the payments
they made to their pension and/or life insurance premiums be deducted
from this award.

Charaties are on a needs basis, this fund should not be on a needs
basis, it should be equal for all.

The best way to distribute these monies is on a lost wages formula.
That's how it would be determined if one was to sue.
