Saturday, January 12, 2002 11:00 PM Victim's Comp Fund Dear Mr. Feinberg, I will make this brief. Under the current table I will receive little or no compensation. I will be receiving very limited funds as a result of the offsets. To be penalized by deducting Life Insurance from the Fund is an outrage. My husband paid for his Life Insurance on his own in an effort to help his family in case of death. By deducting all the 'Death Benefits' I would have no choice but to seek a third party litigation. I would rather NOT go down that road but I want to provide a life for our now 6-month old son that my husband would have wanted. No amount of compensation will make up for the loss of my husband but by penalizing us for his Life Insurance just adds to all the heartache we already feel. I ask that you please reconsider this or ADJUST the tables so there is some sort of compenstion to help us deal and go on with our 'new life.' Also, I would like to be fully informed of what my compenstion will be in writing PRIOR TO officially waiving my right to litigate. Thank you for your time and consideration.
