Victim Compensation
Is compensation only available to victims if 9/11? Yes, they are deserving, but no more or less than the victims of Oklahoma City or a member of the armed forces killed in action. How about a member of the armed forces killed in an accident? Or any American who dies through no fault of their own? Are they not also entitled? Their families need financial help. Who will compensate them?
