THis is mind boggling and I strongly disapprove of your policy. I am also deeply disturbed that my donation turns out to be discriminatory toward a significant group of Americans. I find your reasoning faulty, and wonder if this is a homophobic bias on the part of your department. Surely, if exceptions can be made for the families of undocumented aliens (a move that I approve of heartily), you can find a way to face the potential individual lawsuits you fear?
