Sunday, January 27, 2002 3:42 PM Compensation After reading many articles and comments about the Victim's Compensation Fund distributions, I have come to the conclusion that the victim's families are full of greed and will continue to expect more and more if you are held hostage to their requests. If their family member would have been killed in an auto accident on the way to work that day, they would not be receiving the many benefits being offered to them, and I am sure the pain of their loss would be no less. I knew from the beginning this would end in a big mess. I am not a cold-hearted person and have shed many tears over this tragedy; however, I request that you stand firm in your plan and not offer any more money or benefits to the survivors. I am sickened by the behavior and requests of many of the survivors.
