(q)double dipping(q)
I am opposed to the idea of double dipping. There seems to be little reason
to provide taxpayer fund for costs that are already covered by a charity (non
profit organization). As a taxpayer I would be paying twice for the same
benefit to the claimant- once via my contribution to the charity and once via
my tax payment to the government - both State and Federal.
